12 weeks

• Symptoms:  I am pretty much either sick, feel sick or have a headache every day.  I don't mind it because I know what the reward is but I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little envious of those that are never sick during pregnancy!  I do think it will get a little better but it probably won't go away because it never did with Anna Riley. 
  
  
• Weight gain:  I think around 2 or 3 lbs.
• Cravings: I am really wanting sour things.  I love sour candy anyways but I never buy it nor do I really think about it to get it.  On our two trips this month, I ate lots of sour candy on the ride and haven't stopped.   I did recently eat one of my favorite foods, sushi (all cooked) and well I wont be eating it again while pregnant because it made me so sick and I am very sad about it! On a better note, I did find out that it was the crust of the pan pizza making me sick so now I eat thin crust and its much better!
• Maternity Clothes: Not yet

• Sleep:  I still have crazy dreams.  I had two this week that someone was trying to kill me!!  But I am reading The Shack before bed and I was reading the part of the murder so that was probably why. 
• Gender: Don't know yet but I am really feeling Boy this time.

• What I miss:  My energy!

Weekend

We had a very busy weekend.  We had wedding shower parties on both Friday and Saturday night. Our calendar is so full in the coming months with wedding and baby showers and weddings.  Papa Doug and Riley's cousin, Tammy came over to keep AR on Friday night for us.  Anna Riley had so much fun with them until it was bedtime!  Saturday afternoon, I took her to Berry to stay the night with my parents so we could go to another party that was on the Bama Belle.   My cousin's daughter, Hailey was having her birthday party that afternoon so she got to go to that with Granna and PawPaw.  Mom said she had a blast until bedtime again! haha.  Needless to say, she was worn out by Sunday and when we got her she slept for 3 1/2 hours!  Riley and I had fun also but we sure did miss our little girl!

We have been trying to teach Anna Riley feed herself with a spoon.  We always put it on her tray but she usually just holds it and still eats with her hand.  I tried letting her eat yogurt the other night...oh what a MESS!  But I guess she will never learn if I don't let her do it!

Weekend in pictures

We were so happy that the Tidmores were able to join us for the weekend.  Anna Riley got to "love" on baby Talon and play with Tucker.  The weather was perfect!!

10 weeks (March 17)

I am slow about putting this up here because now I am almost 11 weeks.  I was 10 weeks on Thursday.  I am going to attempt a picture each week but I was not so successful doing that when pregnant with AR.

 

• Symptoms:  I have been sick off and on.  I feel nauseated a lot but I dont get as sick as much as I did last time.  My nausea is at random times during the day/night...not always "morning" sickness.  I have also had some indigestion which I never really had with AR.  I have the Tums on hand now.  One of my favorite foods (pizza) now gives me really bad indigestion!! :(  I have had a lot more headaches this time. I am tired but I am slowly starting to feel my energy coming back. 
• Weight gain:  Not exactly for sure because my weight has been fluctuating so much.  It seems to be about 2 lbs.  I know I am showing  a lot faster this time!
• Cravings:  I didn't really ever have "cravings" last time but there are things that I tend to want more or set better with me.  I really like sour candy.  I have been eating lots of fruit.   In the very beginning I could not stand the taste of chicken or pork but I will eat it now but somethings still turn my stomach. 
• Maternity Clothes:  Not yet
• Sleep:   Other than having CRAZY dreams and waking up to pee, I sleep pretty good.
• Best Moment of the week:  Seeing Anna Riley with baby Talon (he is 9 wks old) this weekend.  She loved him so much and was very good with him...hope it stays that way! :)
• Doctor Appointment:  I had to have another ultrasound 2 weeks ago just to measure my cervix.  But, I got to see and hear the baby again!  The heartrate was 185 this time!!  That was a big difference from last time when it was in the 130s.  Everything was still looking good....I am anxious to know the gender.  I have been really feeling a boy but we will see!

St. Patricks Day

We went down to Fairhope last Thursday (St. Patricks Day) for the Arts and Crafts Festival that was going on that weekend. We got there around lunch so we got to enjoy some good Irish food and a very beautiful day!!

Kangarooz

Since it was raining on and off Saturday, we took the kids to Kangarooz in Spanish Fort.  They had so much fun!  They have tons of inflatables, a toddler area and a dance floor.  Anna Riley even got in one of the small infatables by herself and giggled the whole time!  The dance floor had a disco ball so she had a ball chasing after all the "spots" on the floor!  I didn't get a lot of pictures because we were constantly chasing after her!
