Sorry no pictures in this post...but since I use this as our family "scrapbook" and its how I document everything...I had to post about it. :)
Anna Riley FINALLY went to the church nursery last Sunday. After almost 5 months! haha And I did great...I mean she did great! : ) I think the sweet nursery ladies were a little worried about me making it through the whole service but I did great and didnt even check the parent pager once! She had just been doing so great during church that I just always kept her in there with me and she honestly still does. But, I want her to get used to other adults and playing with other children since she is with me all day and plus I can really pay attention so much better without her there. It helps that she was smiling when I handed her over and when I went to pick her up she was sound asleep! :) I know she is in good hands! And she has even went to the gym nursery a couple of times too! YAY...I usually worry a little more there because they are just young girls but I am right there and the owner is in and out the whole time. I am getting better! :)

Curly Hair??
I just love that AR's hair is finally growing some. Its really starting to curl up when its wet. She doesnt stand a chance for straight, silky hair with the hair that her Daddy and I have! Poor thing...at least we know how to fix curly hair around here!
These were taken right after her bath before we brushed it. :)

Fun at Granna and PawPaws
Last week, I went to Mom and Dads to have lunch for my Dad's birthday. Mom and Dad got to keep AR for a while so I could watch and learn from my Granny how to can some good ol' grean beans! We love them at our house and she always does them for me but I thought I should learn myself! Anna Riley had a great time getting lots of kisses as usual from everyone!

A child of God
After each Zumba class, we always have a short prayer group for anyone that wants to stay and pray (another reason that I have loved going to my class...such amazing people!) Well last week Rachel, our teacher, ask for prayer for this little 2 year old boy that had cancer that had spread to his brain and I just couldn't get that out of my head. I didn't know the family but I felt so bad for them . Last night, a girl ask for prayer for best friends 4 month old girl that had cancer. This one hit even closer to home since Anna Riley is also 4 months old. I think everyone in the prayer circle shed a tear for this family that we did not know. My heart hurts so bad for his family. I came home and told Riley and just couldn't get it off of my mind. Anna Riley was already asleep but I couldn't help it, I went in and got her and just held her and rocked her. Riley insisted she sleep with us last night (something that rarely happens anymore). I just held her all night and woke up several times thinking of this family. I know Anna Riley is a child of God. She belongs to him and he can take her at anytime. I thank God everyday for having such a healthy baby but as we all know it could happen to any of us. I just kept putting myself in those parents shoes and I just dont know what I would do. I just don't want to take my time with her or any of my family for that matter for granted now or ever. I am sure those parents are spending each day with their little girl as if it were there last...even if she overcomes this cancer and lives to be 100! I know you dont know these families as I dont either...but when you pray, think of them. You know if it were your child, you would want the whole world praying for them!
