Last weekend, we went down to Fairhope. The Tidmore's came down on Friday to stay the weekend with us! Our girls and their boys played really well together. Ava Kate and Talon are close in age and Tucker is a couple years older than Anna Riley. On Thursday night, we went to eat at a local restaurant and didn't last long. We ended up getting the food in boxes to carry home and eat. Ava Kate is NOT great in a restaurant right now! But the good news is, she traveled much better! We made it the whole 4 hours with no tears!
Since Talon and AK aren't fans of eating out, we cooked on Friday night. We picked up crawfish and then did a shrimp boil! So good!!! We did go eat on Saturday night but the kids got to play while we ate!
The weather was really gloomy and chilly on Friday, so Riley and I took the girls to Bass Pro Shop and then went to Kanagrooz...a place with lots of jump houses. I even got in them and burned off a few calories! ;) Saturday, the weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the beach that day!
