Ava Kate turned 18 months on April 6th. I can't believe she is already 1 1/2! She is growing and changing so much! Here is what she is up to at 18 months!
-She weighs 23.11 ounces and is 33 inches tall. She is a tad smaller than AR at this age.
-She wears size 4 diaper. She wears anything from 18month-2T in clothes and size 5 shoe.
-She has 6 regular teeth and 2 of her molars in and 2 on their way.
-She had tubes put in last month and has did great since.
-She is a great sleeper. Sometimes she still takes a short morning nap but her long nap is around 1 and she sleeps until around 4 and then goes to bed around 7 or 7:30.
-She doesn't sit still very often and hasn't liked T.V. until recently. She will actually sit still and watch a show now which helps Mommy cook dinner! Her favorites are Dora, Team Umizoomi and Bubble Guppies. She isn't a big Mickey Mouse fan right now but she loves the hotdog dance!
-She loves playing with Big Sister! When AR is at school, she isn't very happy!
-She loves being outside.
-She loves puzzles and books especially about animals.
She also loves to wear dress up crowns and jewlery!
-I was a little concerned that she wasn't saying as many words as she should but in the past week, she has already added quite a few words and some phrases and is repeating more of what we say.
Some of her new words/phrases are: outside, Sister (sounds more like sissa), it ready (referring to her food), all done, paw paw, doggy, booger (got to love that one), I see you, peepye...I know there more but I can't think of them.
-She LOVES to eat! She loves to snack even more! The child will just finish dinner and be in the pantry trying to get something else out! She has found a love for Krispy Kreme! She knows when we are in the drive thru to get them and whines until she gets some.
-She gives lots of looks. When she sees people she doesn't know, she stares them down.
She loves to do her fish face.
-When she hears any music, she immediately is dancing and moving!
