Carpal Tunnel??
For the past week or so I have been waking up in the middle of the night and my right arm is tingling and feels as if it is going numb. In the mornings when I wake up, my right wrist hurts and its hard to grasp things for about the first 30 minutes. This is when it usually hurts the most...mornings and during the night, but occasionally it does throughout the day. I googled my symptom as I often do and it said it was carpal tunnell and its very common during the 2nd half of your pregnancy. So didnt know that was another one of the lovely symptoms you get! I am going to the doc tuesday and will probably ask about it but according to everything I read, its kind of like everything else...it will stop after the baby is born!

That so happened to me too! My arms would go numb randomly...mostly in the morning though! That is so funny. It is so weird that every pregnancy is different....but there are so many similarities!
This is a symptom I had really bad! I purchased a brace at Rite Aid for carpal tunnel and that fixed the problem for me enough to get some sleep. Well as much sleep as a pregnant woman can get :) I had to wear it for about a month after Olivia was born. Then the problem went away.
oh I had it...it was horrible!!! A friend of mine let me borrow some wrist braces she used because she had it when she was pregnant. However, Dan was calling me "Rocky" when I had them on so I didnt wear them long! lol I still have problems early in the mornings about once or twice a week with a pain in my left wrist, but that is part of it!!!
Thanks ladies! I will definitely try the wrist bands!!
What a cute little belly.
So sorry about the hurting arm.
It is so unfair that a pregnant woman doesn't get to have wonderful sleep before the baby is born since we have to get up during the night with the baby.
I too had that when I was pregnant with Isabelle. I haven't had it yet with Darby, but we'll see. I did the brace thing too for a while, but I would end up taking them off in the middle of the night. So I eventually quit wearing them. I do think it went away before Isabelle was born. Hang in there.
And here's hoping she'll cooperate for your next sono. I drank coffee before my sono. That might help her become more active.
I had it too! I hated it!!
