Zumba
Well the time has come to get serious!! This weight isnt just dropping off of me on its on so its time to get busy! Riley signed me back up to the gym he goes to and I decided that aerobics classes would be my best bet right now mainly because I wont stop if I am in a class with other people. I like walking when its nice outside but I need something that is high impact to really burn the calories. The gym I go to offers Zumba and I decided to take it. I had never heard of it before seeing it on the schedule of classes. However it is apparently a big thing. If you were like me and not familiar with it, it is a latin inspired dance/aerobics class. But they dont just do latin, they do a little hip hop, country, you name it! And they have designed the dances to work you upper, middle and lower all at one time and you can burn up to 1000 calories in the one hour workout!! Well I went for the first time Thursday and let me just tell you I am hooked!! I had so much fun and the hour went by so fast! And let me tell you... I could definitely feel it!! My legs hurt so bad the next morning that I could cry! (But I like that because I know I am doing something!!) I have never been one to really get excited about working out... I did it because I needed to but I am actually really excited about this class...I cant wait to go Monday!

how fun! Sadly...the last 10 pounds doesnt fall off as easily as it was put on! I finally got it off....5 months later!

That sounds super fun...my problem is when I see "burn 1000 calories"...I think of what else I can eat after that hard workout!! :)
