Riley and I decided to head down to Fairhope this weekend with nothing on our agenda but to RELAX. I really feel that we accomplished that because we literally did nothing but read, watch the sunsets, eat, watch movies, and lay around and it was wonderful!!! I did get a touch of the stomach virus Saturday night and into Sunday so that wasnt fun but it always helps to be at the beach when you are sick! While we were there I was reading the "Cooking with Paula Deen" magazine and there was an article in this months issue about Fairhope. It said how it was a great place to visit or grow up and how nice the people are and how small and quaint the town is. Which is so true. I just thought it was so neat that I turned the page in my magazine and it looked like the back yard! haha ( It honestly did, Riley had to go out there and look to compare the two because they were very similar!) It is a great place and if I didnt want to be close to our families I would really try to convince him we need to live there!!! :) For now I will just visit!

I second Candace...living at the beach isn't all that great when everyone else gets to play and you go to work :( But if you didn't have to work...GREAT! That is why there are so many old people.

So true so true...but I still love it and I think it would be a great place to raise kids...not because of the beach but because of the place. BUT I will not be moving...I will just visit! :)
