4th of July

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. We spent most of our time by the pool or on the lake. We started our day with a boat ride out on the lake and then headed to the pool for lunch and then back to the lake that night for the wonderful firework show. We had a great day and lots and lots of great food & fun!

Thursday afternoon, (the 3rd of July), we met our friends Jason and Elaine and their three boys at North River for a little relaxation for me and playtime for Riley. Jason and Riley have been friends for the longest so when they get together they are just like big kids. They were jumping off the diving board about as much as the boys were!

Our Honeymoon Pics

For our Honeymoon, Riley and I went to Antigua (in the Caribbean). It was beautiful and we had such a wonderful time! Here are some of the pictures from our trip. Hope you enjoy!

Kimberly's Bachelorette/Lingerie Shower

The wedding fun isn't over just yet. I have just picked up right where I left off...since I am in three more weddings not counting the other friends that I am not in the wedding! Cyndee Grey and I were the hostesses of our friend Kimberly Johnson's bachelorette/lingerie shower in Atlanta this weekend. Kimberly was one of my bridesmaids and a college roommate and she is marrying Cory Phillips from Berry (what a small world). We had a great weekend! Friday night we went to see the new house that they just bought that is in Cumming, GA (about 20 minutes outside of Atlanta). Then Friday we headed to Cyndee's condo in Buckhead to soak up some rays at the pool. That night we had the lingerie shower also at Cyndee's and then headed out to one of my favorite restaurants- Two Urban Licks. (The first restaurant that Riley and I ate at!) We had lots of fun!!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

I just wanted to say Happy Birthday to my Daddy. Yesterday was his birthday and we went to Berry and spent the afternoon and then ate a wonderful supper with lots of fresh vegetables! I love to go home for my Mom and Granny's cooking!! Thanks for everything Daddy! We love you!!

Bridesmaid's Luncheon

Friday before the wedding we had a wonderful lunch at North River. It was great to have all of my bridesmaids in town and to be able to visit with them a little before all of the craziness of the next day.

We are finally married and unfortunately back from our honeymoon! I have several things I will have to post but I just wanted to post a few pictures that our photographers put up on their blog the night of our wedding. When I get the other proofs I will give you the website for those as well. We had a great day! I was so relaxed all day!! The ceremony was wonderful and our minister, Dr. Dunnivant did such a great job. Riley and I had written our own vows so it was a little of a tear jerker for me (as usual!) I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful person as my husband
