Presents, Visitors and being sick...

We brought home all the gifts so Anna Riley could open them later.  She isn't always really "in to" opening presents so I definitely didn't want to make her and all the other kids stop playing so she could open them at the party.  After she took a nap, she opened all her presents with the help of PawPaw.
She got lots of cute Minnie Mouse things, a couple of cute outfits, books, some little people toys, some Dora things and a wooden highchair for her dolls.

That evening, Becca brought Zoe and Evan over to play.  I enjoy spending time with them since we don't get to see them often!

How cute are these two?  I love how Anna Riley's
pants are half down! haha

Sweet friends watching Dora

Trying on the sunglasses she got for her birthday!

Anna Riley had not felt well before her party and she ran around so much playing a the party that she could not stop coughing when she got home.  She was just miserable!  That night, I ran to WinnDixie to get some more cold medicine for her and when I came back, her and Riley were asleep on our bed.  She had a few rough nights of bad coughing and even coughed so much she threw up a couple of times but thankfully she is better now with just a runny nose!

Anna Riley's birthday party- Part 3

Getting ready to eat

The Birthday girl!!

I think this was right after we sang to Anna Riley...Cooper
blew out her candles.  We have it on video...it was quite funny!

Let's try this again...

YUM!!

Tucker liked his Chocolate cupcake!

This picture describes Zoe at the party...she was the
little swiper, cleaning off everyone's plate! haha!!
She is sneaking food off of AR's plate in the pic!
She is a such a cutie and so funny! :)

Anna Riley's birthday party Part 2

Anna Riley did not really feel well on her birthday, poor thing!  She had a cold and she coughed a good bit of the night so she didn't sleep well.  Once we got to her party, she was so excited and played non-stop!  She didn't even want to stop for cake!!  I was really glad we had it somewhere other than our house, because she wouldn't have had as good of a time had it been here and her not feeling well.  She was so excited to see all of her friends, too!  They played and played and took a short break to eat and played some more.  I tried to get pictures of most of the kids, but I did not get many pictures of them playing because they were so fast going from one thing to the next!
She had a blast climbing up and down this slide! She
would climb up it all the way to the top!

Little Fishcer having fun!

The two great-grandmothers (Mimi and Granny Boo)
had fun watching all the kids!

PopPop and PawPaw
We were so excited that PawPaw got to come!!

Oh Two-dles...Anna Riley's Birthday party Part 1

We had Anna Riley's birthday party on Saturday, February 4th (her actual birthday) at Playhouse Christian Academy, a local daycare, that rents out for birthday parties as well. The party was at 10 am and I only had 30 minutes to set everything up so I was a little frazzled trying to get it all done...not to mention that the lady was 5 minutes late to open the door!  Oh the stress...one of these days I am going to get smart and just walk in with some cupcakes and be be done! :)
Thanks to my wonderful Mom for all of her help!!!  I couldn't do it without her!!
Since I took so many pictures, I will break them up over a few different posts.  Here are some of the decorations at the party...
This picture was framed at the party.  I am still amazed
that I got her to take a picture with the ears on...and smiling!!
The invitation by Do It Cute!  Peyton does such a great job!!
I showed her an example of something I liked and she
created it and then added some of her own touches, too!
Check her out on facebook if you ever need
any invitations, cards, etc!

The food table...We had hot dogs (Mickey's favorite),
fruit, chips, dip, popcorn puffs, m&ms & cupcakes.

I found the Mickey Mouse dishes at Target

My high school English teacher, Elaine Renfroe made
the cupcakes and they were wonderful!!
I bought printables from Etsy to make the banners,
labels...it also had cupcake toppers and a few other things
that I didn't need this time. I lucked up and got the printable
for only $5!!

The table centerpieces

Mickey/Minnie favor bags I made.  The bags had
some of AR's favorites: M&Ms, Fruit snacks, suckers,
crayons, stickers for the girls and tatoos for the boys.

More pictures to come...
